Roskhill House, built in 1890, is a five-bedroom award-winning guesthouse near Dunvegan, a perfect location for those seeking to explore the limitless beauty of the Isle of Skye in Scotland.

We are now taking bookings for the 2026 season - with best prices available via this website.

We encourage all guests to stay for three or more nights to really appreciate all that Skye offers (and to get a great discount on your room rate, too - including weekend breaks). 

We have created a smart and relaxed environment and aim to provide the warmest welcome.  

Each morning we will prepare delicious vegetarian and vegan breakfasts that celebrate Scottish ingredients (with a nod to Roskhill's Nordic heritage), which will fuel you for your island adventures (on foot, by car, by boat or on our e-bikes).

In the evening, after enjoying a great meal at a nearby restaurant, settle back at Roskhill House, pop your EV car onto charge, and then sample a local malt whisky, gin, or beer (or one of our wines) in our snug. 

Later, head for a restful night in our ensuite rooms, where your comfort and calm have been considered.
